Tuna and Avocado Lunch Wraps

Ingredients:
  • 2 wraps
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • a few lettuce leaves per sandwich
  • 10 pecans (or walnuts, or almonds) chopped roughly
  • a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Spread 1/2 an avocado on each wrap
Top with diced tomato and tuna slices
Season tomato with salt and pepper
Sprinkle lettuce leaves and nuts over the top
Roll up and cut diagonally to serve
Can be wrapped and stored in a refrigerator for lunch later the same day
